Do you offer 100% organic or Gluten Free baked goods?
While our cookies are always all-natural, we do not currently offer organic or gluten-free batches at this time.
How often do you bake new batches of cookies?
We bake our cookies made-to-order.
How will my order look when it arrives?
We gift wrap every order with our branded packaging, ribbons and tags. This is truly a gift worth giving -- or keeping!
How do you recommend storing these delights?
As you know, our treats contain no preservatives; therefore we suggest storing our treats at room temperature in an air-tight container for up to 10 to 12 days. Another option is to freeze our cookies in an air-tight freezer bag immediately upon receiving them.
What about reheating? Any suggestions?
There's nothing better than a warm, gooey cookie! To enjoy, simply toss into the microwave for 5-12 seconds, or until thawed. Add a little more time to get that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste. If you have a powerful microwave, please consider a lower reheat time.
Do you have a food allergy?
Nuts are used in our bakery, so it is possible that those items that do not contain nuts could have trace amounts of nuts in them. Please use caution!
How often do you ship out orders?
Our products are shipped fresh and as quickly as possible. We make every effort to ship within a few days of your order date. Please allow 4-5 days for your order to be produced and shipped. In an effort to avoid delays in transit, we ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Overnight and expedited shipping is available at the industry rates for such services. Please contact us for details.
Where do you ship to? What states/countries?
We currently ship to anywhere in the United States. If you'd like to order from us and you are outside the country, please give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
How do you ship your baked goods?
We ship 2-day and 3-day. This ensures your cookies arrive fresh.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7 due to the cost of delivery.
Do you charge tax?
Yes. Due to regulations, we are required to charge tax on orders placed anywhere within the United States. We will be updating our system to house each state's tax rate to compensate for these changes.
Do you hold a Privacy Policy?
Yes, we do! We do not sell or otherwise distribute any of your contact, billing or credit information. You are safe with us!
Do you offer wholesale rates for companies requiring large orders?
